Corewin's Terms & Conditions – Plain language, clearly explained

General Terms & Applicability

Corewin (referred to herein as "we", "the platform", or "the site") is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of all Corewin services.

These Terms & Conditions are drawn up in accordance with international gaming laws and applicable regulations. Corewin reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via their registered email or platform notifications.

Users accessing the platform from regions where online betting is legally restricted — including Bangladesh — are considered to be doing so at their own risk and under their own responsibility by accepting these terms. Compliance with local laws is solely the member's responsibility.

Account Registration & Management

Each individual may only hold one account at Corewin. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed and any accumulated balance may be forfeited.

• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and kept up to date.
• Keep your password and login details strictly confidential. Sharing them with anyone else is entirely your responsibility.
• If you notice any unusual activity on your account, contact our support team immediately.
• If your personal details change (phone number, email), please update them on your account as soon as possible.
• To close your account, submit a request to support — it will be closed once all pending withdrawals are complete.

Age Verification & Identity Check

Corewin strictly does not provide services to anyone under the age of 18. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

The KYC process is typically triggered before large withdrawals or when suspicious activity is detected. It's there to protect you — so no one else can withdraw funds from your account.

Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

Corewin supports transactions via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500.

• Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the original deposit — withdrawals via a different method are generally not permitted.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳50,000 (separate limits apply for VIP members).
• If your account has a bonus balance, withdrawals will not be available until the turnover requirement has been met.
• Suspicious transactions may be reported to the relevant authorities as part of our anti-money laundering compliance.

Betting Rules & Limits

All bets placed on Corewin are considered final. Once the system confirmation is received, bets cannot be changed or cancelled — the only exception is using the cash-out feature to settle a bet early.

• The minimum bet is ৳20; the maximum bet varies by event and market.
• Corewin reserves the right to void any bet accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
• Odds in live betting may change due to delays — the odds at the time your bet is confirmed are final.
• Accounts flagged for unusual betting patterns may be placed under review.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonus offers at Corewin are subject to specific terms and conditions. Accepting a bonus constitutes agreement to the relevant terms.

Welcome Bonus: up to 150% of your first deposit, capped at ৳5,000. The turnover requirement is 15x the bonus amount on Sports Betting or 30x on casino games.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be used to place bets.
• If bonuses are claimed across multiple accounts by the same person, household, IP address, or device, all associated bonuses will be voided.
• If you withdraw real money without meeting the bonus wagering requirements, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Promotions have an expiry period — bonuses are typically cancelled if the turnover requirement is not met within 30 days.
• Corewin reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Corewin. Any involvement may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Creating multiple accounts or concealing your identity.
• Attempting to exploit the bonus system for unfair gain (bonus hunting).
• Placing bets based on match-fixing or inside information.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Operating an account under someone else's identity.
• Betting with third-party funds or acting on behalf of a professional betting syndicate.

Account Suspension & Termination

Corewin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time without providing a reason, though this is typically done in cases of terms violations.

If you believe your account was closed in error, please contact our support team. If the review finds in your favor, your account will be reinstated and your balance restored.

Responsible Gambling Terms

Corewin believes betting is for entertainment, not addiction. That's why the platform offers deposit limits, bet limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion tools.

If you or someone you know may be struggling with a betting addiction, please contact our support team. Activating self-exclusion will lock your account for a set period, and it cannot be reopened before that time expires.

Right to Amend Terms

Corewin may update these Terms & Conditions in part or in full at any time. For significant changes, registered members will be notified by email at least 7 days in advance.

Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you may request to close your account.
